Versoflor kits are pre-sized to fit standard UK single garages (approximately 3m × 6m) and standard double garages (approximately 6m × 6m). If your garage is a non-standard size or an unusual shape, Versoflor tiles can be trimmed using standard tools and the modular system can be extended with additional tiles at any time. Most standard single or double garages can be fully tiled in just a few hours. The UPFLOR® tiles click together without adhesives or specialist tools — you simply align each tile over the connectors of the previous one and press down to snap it into place. Edge ramps attach the same way. No curing time, no drying time, and no need to hire a professional installer.

The floor should be clean, dry, and reasonably level before installation. Versoflor tiles do not require a perfectly smooth surface — minor imperfections in concrete are acceptable. You do not need to apply a primer, sealant, or adhesive. If your concrete has significant cracks or uneven areas, filling these beforehand will give the best result

Yes. All Versoflor tiles have been independently tested for slip resistance to BS 7976-2. The result is a Slip Risk Classification of Low, with a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of 107 (dry) and 54 (wet). This means the surface is considered low slip risk in both dry and wet conditions, making it suitable for garage environments where oil, water, or other liquids may be present.

Yes. Because no adhesive is used, the entire floor can be lifted, disassembled, and reinstalled in a new location. Tiles simply unclip from one another. This makes Versoflor a long-term investment that moves with you rather than being left behind.
